Delete your Skigator account

In the app: tap the profile button in the top-right corner of the map, sign in, scroll down and tap Delete account. The account is deleted immediately.

By email: write from your registered address to support@skigator.com with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting the account removes your email address, password, the account's link to its passes, its synced settings, favourites, saved trips and recent searches, and every link between you and what you sent us. Offline passes stay on the devices they were bought on; your other devices lose access to them. The content of your reports, feedback and support requests is kept anonymously and expires as described in the Privacy Policy. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Skigator-Konto löschen

In der App: oben rechts auf der Karte auf das Profil-Symbol tippen, anmelden, nach unten scrollen und Konto löschen antippen. Das Konto wird sofort gelöscht.

Per E-Mail: von der registrierten Adresse an support@skigator.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ schreiben. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per E-Mail.

Mit dem Konto werden E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort, die Verknüpfung des Kontos mit seinen Pässen, die synchronisierten Einstellungen, Favoriten, gespeicherten Touren und letzten Suchen sowie jede Verbindung zwischen dir und deinen Einsendungen gelöscht. Offline-Pässe bleiben auf den Geräten, auf denen sie gekauft wurden; deine anderen Geräte verlieren den Zugriff darauf. Der Inhalt von Meldungen, Feedback und Support-Anfragen bleibt anonym erhalten und läuft wie in der Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben ab. Daten auf deinem Gerät verschwinden mit der Deinstallation der App.
